style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">une tr\u00e8s belle initiative naissait \u00e0 Toulouse :<\/span> <strong>r\u00e9unir diff\u00e9rents acteurs de la m\u00e9diation scientifique autour d&rsquo;un verre.<\/strong> C&rsquo;est ainsi que sont n\u00e9es <strong>les rencontres appel\u00e9es Brasseurs de Sciences.<\/strong> Une fois par mois, m\u00e9diateurs, journalistes, blogueurs, chercheurs et j&rsquo;en passe, se retrouvent dans un bar <strong>pour \u00e9changer et discuter sur un th\u00e8me donn\u00e9<\/strong> (<em>mais toujours en rapport avec la m\u00e9diation scientifique<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En septembre dernier, j&rsquo;avais eu la chance <strong>d&rsquo;assister \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition de ces rencontres<\/strong> et cela <strong>m&rsquo;avait beaucoup plu !<\/strong> Ensuite, je suis partie \u00e0 Bordeaux et je n&rsquo;ai malheureusement pas eu l&rsquo;occasion de revenir discuter sur l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat des <strong>jeux en m\u00e9diation scientifique<\/strong> (<em>mais je me suis quand m\u00eame rattrap\u00e9e avec un article, <strong>\u00e0 retrouver <a href=\"https:\/\/lascienceenpassant.com\/index.php\/2018\/08\/31\/la-demarche-scientifique-par-le-jeu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #800080;\">ici<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/em><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>)<\/strong><\/span>, sur <strong>les \u00e9checs de la communication scientifique<\/strong> ou sur <strong>les nouvelles exp\u00e9riences de visite.<\/strong> Pour savoir exactement tout ce que j&rsquo;ai manqu\u00e9, retrouvez <strong>tous les sujets sur <a <strong>tr\u00e8s original<\/strong> auquel je n&rsquo;aurai pas forc\u00e9ment pens\u00e9. Seulement, on peut facilement y associer <strong>une impression de fantastique et d&rsquo;incroyable.<\/strong> Pourtant, \u00ab\u00a0la cuisine mol\u00e9culaire, ce n&rsquo;est pas de la magie. <strong>C&rsquo;est juste de la science\u00a0\u00bb,<\/strong> nous rappelle Chantal Bertrand. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Elle essaie \u00e9galement de <strong>lutter contre cette fameuse id\u00e9e re\u00e7ue :<\/strong><\/span> \u00ab\u00a0si c&rsquo;est chimique, c&rsquo;est forc\u00e9ment mauvais pour la sant\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, <strong>tout le vivant est \u00ab\u00a0chimique\u00a0\u00bb,<\/strong> nous sommes quand m\u00eame <strong>compos\u00e9.e.s d&rsquo;atomes<\/strong> \u00e0 la base ! Finalement, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">on pourrait r\u00e9sumer les missions de LudiSciences par un slogan :<\/span> <strong>\u00ab\u00a0faire de la pr\u00e9vention tout en s&rsquo;amusant\u00a0\u00bb.<\/strong> On l&rsquo;a d\u00e9j\u00e0 vu, <strong>le jeu, c&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s efficace pour la transmission des savoirs !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800080;\">L&rsquo;association Pro-Portion : lutter contre le gaspillage alimentaire<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">C&rsquo;\u00e9tait ensuite au tour de <strong>Florence Flies<\/strong> de nous pr\u00e9senter ses projets. Elle coordonne notamment <strong>l&rsquo;association <span style=\"color: #800080;\"><a style=\"color: #800080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-portion.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pro-Portion<\/a><\/span><\/strong> qui promeut la r\u00e9duction du <b>gaspillage alimentaire <\/b>dans les restaurations collectives. Cependant, des ateliers \u00e0 destination <strong>du grand public<\/strong> sont \u00e9galement organis\u00e9s autour de cette probl\u00e9matique. Ce qui lui tient aussi beaucoup \u00e0 c\u0153ur, <strong>c&rsquo;est la volont\u00e9 de valoriser les d\u00e9chets.<\/strong> Faire en sorte que quelque chose de \u00ab\u00a0bon pour la poubelle\u00a0\u00bb puisse finalement <strong>avoir une deuxi\u00e8me vie et une utilit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Elle est ainsi en train de <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">mettre sur pied <strong>un projet avec des scolaires<\/strong> qui s&rsquo;intitulera :<\/span> <strong>\u00ab\u00a0Go\u00fbter le monde autour de soi\u00a0\u00bb.<\/strong> Pour cela, elle travaille notamment <strong>avec des partenaires r\u00e9gionaux,<\/strong> tels que l&rsquo;Agence R\u00e9gionale de Sant\u00e9, le Rectorat ou encore l&rsquo;Acad\u00e9mie de Toulouse. Dans <strong>chaque d\u00e9partement de la r\u00e9gion Occitanie, <\/strong>le projet r\u00e9unira<strong> un coll\u00e8ge, trois \u00e9coles primaires et un.e agriculteur.trice <\/strong>produisant
